Wild Kin Forest School reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been taken.
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions unless we have had to cancel a session.
If we have to cancel a session due to weather, we will issue a full refund or offer a make up session. Sessions will be cancelled if wind speeds exceed 40mph. Clients will be warned the day before the session, and confirmation given in the morning if conditions are deemed too dangerous.
Please dispose of all rubbish in the black bins at either side of the field.
You are responsible for your child/ren at all times during the session.
Wild Kin Forest School are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the session.
Please do not share any photos or videos of other children, unless consent is given by their parent/carer.

Personal Data
Wild Kin Forest School collects information about individuals when they register/attend Forest School sessions. Any personal information provided via the website or Booking Forms for classes, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, will not be sold on for any marketing purposes. Names of parents/carers and children attending will be kept securely and used to form a register for each session to comply with our safety procedures, along with any allergy/emergency details.
How Data is Used
If someone has agreed to be contacted, Wild Kin Forest School may, periodically, send promotional emails such as details of new classes or special events. You can unsubscribe to these at any point.
